Personality: Lazuli, like the star sapphire, wants to be the center of attention - constantly - she wants to be the star! However, because of this she also goes out of her way to prove her "goodness" and tries to help as many people as possible by bestowing gifts, and tends to make the situation worse than which it started, but obliviously believes it's always for the best.
Background: Although Lazuli believes she's a good witch, her "wish-giving" ultimately gives her a title of bad witch behind her back. Ironically this works in her favor, being more of a neutral witch because, like the "star" she is, she likes to hold grand, huge masquerade balls and invites both good and bad witches. Her reputation helps to serve in her favor, for these occassions
