HA: Papillon Uniform

first assignment for #HalloweenAcademy

Her emblem's a patch on her vest
_{I was thinking of moving it to the back of her gloves? hmmm...}

Her body doesn't actually glow like that, she just kinda blended into the background ~ her earrings/eyes, however, are always on fire ;}

and, AND she can remove her head, too ;D
